Jennifer Baum Jennifer Baum is a registered yoga teacher with 200 hours of teacher training from Central Mass Yoga Institute in West Boylston, Massachusetts, a certified Color Me Yoga Teacher and a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. She studied yoga for several years before embarking on a journey of personal growth with the teacher training program. Jennifer brings a wonderful energy to her classes with a warm and enthusiastic personality. Jennifer teaches various styles of yoga including, Hatha, Pre-Natal, Post Natal, Children, Yin, Power, Iron, and Yoga for IBS, a digestive aliment of which yoga has brought great relief. Her love of yoga developed out of the subtle spiritual teachings yoga brings to the mind and body by looking into the soul. She enjoys devoting her personal time to her family, husband, two sons and two dogs at their Hubbardston home.
